Janifast integrates quality into the process rather than testing for it when it is complete. Our Quality Information System supports continuous process improvement and monitors quality throughout the process. Customers can be confident that every product is produced to meet the most demanding specifications. During manufacturing and testing, our expert personnel share the experience and expertise necessary to keep quality at its highest. Janifast reinforces quality control as follows:
	We train our employees in technical and management skills, in quality control through our year round
	training programs.
	We constantly measure our processes for consistency, quality and improvement.
	We empower our employees to identify products with good quality and to stop a line when they see
	variations out of specifications.
	We provide our customers with a level of service that is consistent with their needs including focal
	points for quality, program management and materials.

Our Quality Assurance Department reviews our program constantly and the evaluation is data driven. The data is reviewed to determine if there is a need for additional resources, personnel or equipment. The process is then tracked to monitor progress. The program manager and dedicated customer quality engineer collect and analyze field related failure/complaints. It is in this manner that our management utilizes quality data for continuous improvement. We also maintain a comprehensive internal audit system and schedule audits at least twice a year. In addition, Janifast offers 100% Final Inspection Process. Our corrective action program addresses external suppliers and subcontractors, customer claims and internal company issues.

Janifast has established a Statistical Process Control (SPC) Program. We provide training to all our process and quality engineers on SPC. Our engineers are tasked with identifying SPC opportunities on the manufacturing floor, setting up the appropriate charting methodology and training operators in the use of these charts, along with internal and real-time
